Payment Method

We accept the following methods of payment: Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard and Debitcard), direct deposit into our bank account.

Delivery and Handling

• All furniture will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days from receipt of payment. After dispatch, shipping time to most capital cities is usually 4-5 business days.

• All products are delivered flat packet and boxed.

• Easy to understand assembly instructions in English are included.

• Please note that delivery is not included in the price of products. Our delivery fee is R 250 per item, and there is no charge for smaller items if ordered together with a bigger item. ( ie: Items such as mattresses or additional rails will be free if ordered with a cot).

• PodoBaby can deliver and install, but there is a charge for this service.

• Most times we carry stock, but you can place an order for out of stock items and we will quote delivery times upon receipt of order.

• However, delivery time for out of stock items can be delayed due to changes in shipping schedules, dock strikes, container x-rays, carrier delays and overseas suppliers changing dates.

• Dates are estimates only and we apologize in advance for any delays that may be experienced.

• All deliveries are curbside, that is, to your front door only. For special delivery needs please contact us for a quotation.

Insurance

All shipping costs are inclusive of insurance.

Warranty

All furniture has a 12 month warranty, unless otherwise stated.

Return Policy

We provide an unconditional return policy on furniture purchased from our website sight unseen. After receiving the furniture, if for any reason whatsoever you are not satisfied, please return it in its original, unmarked condition and packaging within 7 days for a full refund. (your delivery fee included). We only sell good stuff, so we will pay and arrange to have unwanted items returned to us.

Once we receive the returned products, we will issue your refund within 72 hours.
